Full time training £6.20 per hour As a Business Service Management advisor you will be able to check and resolve faults identify solutions and if necessary arrange for an engineer to put things right on Bts customers behalf. To deal with customers you need to have patience and empathy to build a rapport possess strong listening skills and be attentive to detail.
