You will be responsible for leading and developing one of our exclusive Bar teams to offer exceptional standards and service to our customers. You will be fully accountable for the management of all Beverage operations at executive level. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Bar Manager from within a 5 Hotel environment and have in depth knowledge of cocktails whiskeys and wines. You will be passionate about delivering 5 service a fantastic coach of others and a great leader who is passionate about &quot great people great place to work and great results&quot You will also have a good all round background to include people management sales standards budgeting financial and administration skills.
