Travel required within 20 miles radius Basic Salary Competitive Basic Salary We have local job vacancies in Dundee for regional Team Leaders to work within our door to door field operations department within Real Fundraising Ltd. In this role you will be responsible for general day to day fundraising and team leading for your regional team. Minimum Experience Required 6 months Team Leading experience in direct debit fundraising or 9 continuous months experience as a direct debit fundraiser Or 12 months continuous door to door sales experience is the necessary as minimum experience for applying for this role. The key areas of responsibility are to manage between 2-8 fundraisers. Maximise donor pledges to meet or exceed performance and other quality focused targets set by Real Fundraising Ltd Daily fundraising with the team Maintain your team and assist with additional coaching and recruitment when required Achieve Volume Number of pledges within set period. Management Maximise results through coaching and supporting the door to door fundraisers. Feedback results measuring team s performance and document daily feedback. Review Complete weekly reviews for management meetings. Applicants for this role will need strong communication administration and leadership skills and have a minimum of six months similar experience. Applicants will also need to be willing to work one weekend in four and be prepared to work seven hours per day finishing at 9pm Monday to Friday.
