The Pitcher House Restaurant is currently looking for a head chef to lead our team. We are an Amercian themed restauarnt with an influence of daily specials The candidate must have knowledge of H.A.C.C.A.P and Cosh procedures fully trained on food health and Hygiene. Be able to work as part of team and show good training skills. Be able to work within budgets to a Gp. They must have their own transport as hours are late. Hours will be between 45 and 50 hours a week and salary negotiable with bonus scheme included.
