A 5000 acre estate with two parkland golf courses. A choice of five restaurants each with its own character. A health and fitness club with a 20m indoor swimming pool. A curling rink. A purpose-built music venue hosting international artists from a variety of genres. We are recruiting for a Hotel Porter who will be responsible for ensuring that all meeting and training rooms at the Hotel are set to the required standard of presentation and cleanliness so that trainers and delegates have effective and productive meetings in a relaxed environment. The role of the Hotel Porter would include offering help and support to guests throughout their meetings where required. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service to our guests. To be successful in this position you will have excellent command of english strong customer service acuman and attention to detail You will also be required to ensure that the entrance and reception of the hotel is kept clean and tidy assist guests with their luggage and be a point of contact for our guests should they have any queries. You will be expected to assist reception with other responsibilities to ensure that all requirements are met during our guests stay.
