Selling from sales cabin and then moving onto show home your role will be to effectively convert enquries to sales liaise with the developer proactively generate new enquiries and complete all connected admin. Experience Candidates should have previous property sales experience a professional and articulate approach with good communication skills. In return you can expect a generous package with bonuses in addition to future career prospects as the company opens new sites in 2011. This role will initially involve a 4 day week Friday to Monday thereafter becoming 5 days as the site builds out. Start available mid to late September 2010.
