Restaurant Manager (perth)

We are looking to recruit a new Restaurant Manager with a background in multi Rosette EatScotland Gold standard restaurants and a superior knowledge of wine. This role would suit someone looking to take on their first restaurant managers role after acquiring the necessary skills. Responsibilities include Being an ambassador for the restaurant training and. development of staff daily and weekly reconciliation of sales Marketing of the restaurant including social media and newsletter stock control and wine list development Sales and administration of functions and events. The ideal candidate will Possess a passion and knowledge for food wine culture have a focus on the delivery of guest experience at all times be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
